OUR SERVICES

Working in partnership with Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health & Care NHS Trust, we have developed a straightforward, but effective way of regularly understanding staff engagement and wellbeing.

Empowering your senior leadership teams with regularly refreshed information on staff opinions in the following domains;

  • I am valued for being me
  • My contribution makes a positive difference
  • I am supported to realise my potential
  • My voice counts
  • I have a strong sense of team
  • My line-manager empowers me to give the best at work
  • I feel safe at work

With a ready made survey, employing good survey practice, we offer the facility to sample staff opinions on a quarterly basis, with dashboards updated the following week.

Our dashboard provides a range of views of the data, including trends to show change following your interventions, comparison tables to identify variation across departments, and benchmarks against national survey outputs.

All you have to do is confirm your staffing structures,  make the survey link available to all staff, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Working with Primary Care Analytics, our customers have access to a wider range of support and skills including;

  • Our collective experience of more than 100 years across General Practice, the NHS and across wider public services
  • We are leading the conversation for improvement to Primary Care data nationally, involving your opinions and giving you an early insight
  • Our experience of working with other customers, seeing which interventions work well, and which ones are less successful
  • We are switched on to the changes to national contracts, helping to ensure that these changes in data, collections and contracts don’t slip through your net
  • Access to our rolling training programme, supporting customers to build a better understanding of key elements of primary care data and general analytics
  • The option to use ARRS funding or PCARP for certain service levels
  • As a wholly owned subsidiary, our surplus gets re-invested back into Herefordshire General Practice.
