Primary Care Collaboration +

With our Collaboration + service, you’ll have the best of both worlds. Secure access to our existing (and future) range of dashboards, with the option to customise these, as well as the opportunity to develop your own local dashboards which could focus on a particular condition or set of practice views.

On top of that, you get access to our analytical team – with this service, you’re not limited to a single analyst’s set of skills, you have access to our whole team and range of skills. They will work with you regularly to help you to decipher your local data, potentially support you with local coding and data quality and bespoke searches, or even a leadership role to support you to lead analytical conversations in your PCN meetings – Our team is your team.

Primary Care Collaboration

You might already have a range of dashboards available through other products, but without the analytical capacity or capabilities in your PCN, you might be struggling to make any value of these products.

Our Collaboration package provides access to our analytical staff to help you make the most of the data in your PCN. Whether you need someone to decipher what your existing dashboards tell you, someone to collate this alongside other data sources (such as national data), someone to guide you through data quality challenges, someone to provide an oversight presentation in your PCN meetings or someone to help GPs with coding or bespoke searches – our analysts can help you.

Primary Care Portal

As a portal customer, you will get access through our secure portal to a range of dashboards, all loaded with your local data. These dashboards, including population health management, health inequalities, contractual delivery and long term conditions, will give you insight into areas you might not previously have seen visualised.

We are continually developing new products with our customers and you will be able to access these new developments – you are not limited to what was available at point of signing up. You can also help shape and influence the pipeline of dashboard developments in the future.
