The Practice Staff Wellbeing Dashboard provides you with a practice level oversight of staff engagement and wellbeing throughout the course of the year – helping you to keep your staff happier and more engaged in your practice.

Driven by a webform using the NHS staff survey methodology, we provide you with a survey at 3 extra points during the year, allowing you to understand your staff wellbeing and engagement in a more regular and timely way, allowing you to identify interventions sooner.

Our dashboard enables you to

• Track wellbeing metrics, including staff stress levels and satisfaction
• Spot trends as they emerge
• Understand the variance between different groups of staff; GPs, Nurses, Direct Patient Care, Receptionists and/or Admin

It’s configurable, enabling you to set which ‘departments’ you want reported on to ensure anonymity within your responses. We take care of the survey form, and refresh your dashboard automatically.
