OUR SERVICES

We will work with you to collate a range of datasets to provide you with a complete picture of the demand for general practice in your local area. This data will include; in hours and out of hours appointments, telephony, online consultations, and workforce and support your narrative for safe working levels. This is pulled into a dashboard giving your staff access to a single view to all their relevant data – saving them the time and challenge of logging into multiple systems across multiple practices, manipulation of national datasets just to view your PCNs data. We think your time is better spent working with our analysts to focus on actionable insight instead!

In addition to the visualisation of your local data, we will support you with our team of analysts; to help guide you through your data, to make sense of it, and work with you to make suggestions to help manage the demand and existing capacity more effectively. This could be analysis to identify a better use of your existing tools, or identification of particular staff and skills which might better manage demand in your practices.

Our analysts are all experienced in general practice, and have a range of analytical skills, meaning we can help you to do in-depth trend and seasonal analysis, work with your staff to test whether your anecdotes are evidenced by data, or even lead a conversation in your PCN about the data – we have an analyst with the right skillset.
