This is pulled into a dashboard giving your staff access to a single view to all their relevant data – saving them the time and challenge of logging into multiple systems across multiple practices, manipulation of national datasets just to view your PCNs data. In addition to the visualisation of your local data, we will support you with our team of analysts; to help guide you through your data, to make sense of it, and work with you to make suggestions to help manage the demand and existing capacity more effectively. This could be analysis to identify a better use of your existing tools, or identification of particular staff and skills which might better manage demand in your practices.
